I've been doing a lot of shopping too..   I'm down from a size 30 to a 22!!!!!    WooHoo   Best place to shop is at Goodwill, then you can shop until you hearts content and not spend much, not to mention, when you shrink out of a set of clothes you can donate them back and shop some more!    And with yard sales coming up, I'm definately going to...  what is the ONE thing that NEVER sells at yard sales...  adult clothes..  well I figure if I drive around some & I'll eyeball the sellers, and if they look like a size I might get to, I'm going to stop and look at the clothes! 

I am so happy for us all!!!!!   You are doing amazing!!

And yes..  more restriction this morning when I grabbed my instant breakfast, definately SMALLER sips!!!!!  But Dr. Williams said that in the mornings the restriction would be tigher.   Need to ponder that one a bit!

Thank you, Missy!!!   I did really like Dr. Williams!!  He walked in and was just so easy to talk to and trust, I really felt comfortable!  My next appt for my 6month checkup and another fill on June 10th will be with him again!     I missed seeing Dr. Richards because he too is wonderful...  I am a bit worried..   does anyone know what is going on and why he is out of the office??
